I see half of my message didn't post......
Hey! I'm on week 2 of MFP and it's going well. However, yesterday my husband broke out the chips in the evening (my weakness!!!). I was at my budget for the day but couldn't say no but I had wayyyy less then I normally would before I started MFP. Being that I ended up over budget, should I subtract those calories from today's budget to make up for it?

Nope. Just move on and either budget junk food or just say no thanks.0

I average my calories over a 7 day period. So if I go over 1 day I subtract part of them from the next day. Then part from the next 6 days till there gone. If I took them all from 1 day I would be to hungry and be tempted to eat to much again.0

Log it so you see it! Then, move on. Don't let one day crash your whole program. (Good job avoiding the whole bag!)0

You did great not eating the whole bag. Start fresh tomorrow.0

Chips are my favorite! I try to budget them into my daily calories. I could easily eat 2-3 servings
Tonight I did good and only had 1/2 a serving!0 -
