Even though I did not use this app during the bulk of my post injury weight loss(203lbs), I enjoy using it now. Cool thing is, I just talked to my oldest sister yesterday, for the first time in years. I found out she uses My Fitness Pal as well, and has went from a size 22 down to a size 8! Awesome! Hoping I can get her to post some pics!
