Where was your biggest gains?

So since 1st Nov 15 I have tried to be more active (cardio twice a week and weights two to three times a week) and have managed to lose 33lbs so far, but I was wondering where everyone else made their biggest gains? I've plateaued a bit so looking to get some Olympic weights, better bench and try to sort my nutrition out.....hopefully to kick start another reduction in weight and improvement in strength and aerobic fitness.
