Emotional eater

So I haven't yet but I'm super close to just eating any and everything. I found out some very stressful news.
Just needing reminded why I don't want to sabatoge my new healthy lifestyle!

    Have you tried looking in the mirror, completely naked? That works for me anytime I need a little "pep talk".

    Just be logical. Does eating make the problems go away? It never does.

    Make a plan too handle your stress without food. I go for walks outside, reminds me I'm but a speck on this earth and my problems are even smaller.

    Yes logical is what I needed to be!
    Eating definitely won't make the problem go away!
    So I pushed through wanting to sabatoge myself and talked it out. It's so not worth the horrible feeling I would have felt for falling back into bad habits!
