Progress pic question

Hey everyone, I'm hoping someone can help me out. I'd really like to post a bit about my success thus far along with a progress pic but for the life of me can't figure out how to add a photo to my post like some others have. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thank you!

Sorry, I only know how to do it once a thread is started. I do a search in the forums, something should come up.0
