Hi.
I started on jan 4th. At 14stone.11lbs and 5foot,6" i wasnt happy i have been at 15stone ish for around 6 years due to just lazyness i have always had an active job on a bar but i have always eaten unhealthy and snacked alot. So in jan i decided i needed to do somthing. I started logging my calories on fitness pal and logging steps on my fitbit. I walk 35mins each way to work and back everyday and i work an active job as an evening supervisor at the main hospital now.

My whole out look on food has changed and im loving to outcome. I weight myself on the proper scales in boots once a week. I dont have scales at home.
Iv gone from 14.11 to 12.3. I set my goal at first for 12stone. But now i feel i want to go futher and head for 11 stone. Have other people done this? Extended their goal?

Thanks

I think you will find lots of people have, it appears a lot shoot for the top of their BMI to start and once they get there the decide to keep going based on their happiness with how they look at the weight.

My first goal was a 10kg weight loss which I have achieved from my highest point but not yet from my average weight over the last 10 years. I have really struggled to get past that point getting there a few times but not being able to move past it. So my current goal weight is 5kg below that, not a healthy BMI but should be a healthy BF%. I am not expecting that will be it but I havent been that low for 10-15 years. I dont know what my end goal is, if I thought too much about it I'd probably get discouraged and give up. My current goal is a stretch (from my highest weight it was 19kg loss) but doable and I know that I am healthier being even at 11kg lighter.
