Is there a lifting and/or nutrition class I can take in college?

Check your college's course catalog online. Lifting would be under PE, but nutrition could be under nursing, family sciences or even a separate listing of community education courses.0

Most colleges have nutrition courses - just be careful that you don't choose one too basic or one that starts over your head. Integrative Nutrition offers a course which I think is amazing if your college doesn't offer anything. The Phys Ed department should have classes that can work well now as well as work in the future. Good luck!0

I took an elective fitness/nutrition class in college, but it was full of seniors. A 100 level class, but because seniors pick classes first, only a couple of freshmen got in. So, yes, there is likely a class, but you may have to wait to get in. Or you could luck out and find an opening.0

My college has a Nutrition category but with only one 100 level course. I considered taking it, but I didn't have any more room in my major for lower level courses. Also, I would imagine that it may be largely too basic for me.0
