Hello! Just joined a gym 20 days ago and so far so great! I havent weighed myself and very nervous to as I dont feel any different. Im watching everything I eat and am working out 3-4 times a week. I feel stronger everytime I go so im hoping that means something! I keep saying to myself, im doing more than I have ever done towards weight loss so that has to be a good thing... I just want to feel healthy... Tired of feeling tired and not taking care of myself. Great luck to all that are on the same journey! Goal... 100lbs!!!
