Hi, I'm just looking for a community to support each other with losing weight. I'm 38, a Mama to 4 babies ranging in age from 19 to 3 lol. I teach yoga and am a artist. I am also vegetarian I have struggled my whole life with my weight. And recently gained back 45 pounds that i lost a year ago. So my goal is to be down to 165 by my 40th birthday. I'm currently about 246. Add me if you'd like and we can share ideas recipes or just vent.
