Hi there I just had my second baby six weeks ago I was 130lbs before my first child i went up to 180lbs by the end of my pregnancy went down to only about 165lbs and got weighed yesterday at pp check up and I'm 156lbs height is 5 3 and ry want to get down to 125 or so by October that is me an my boyfriends 10 yr anniversary ! We have been together since we were 13 and i want to look good for this milestone !

I bet you could do that pretty reasonably:) If you lost 1 lb per week you would 24 and that would get you within a few lbs. I stay within my allotted cals and only eat more if I exercise but most days don't even need to dip into my exercise cals:) Good luck and congratulations on your new baby1

With my first two babies, in my early twenties, the weight came off easily. Same stats as you, but only went up to 160. You can definitely do this, especially with your realistic timeframe.1

Got lazy but started running everyday and am eating healthy and within 1500 cals a day lots of water and green tea. Now im 138 lbs ive lost 18 lbs in 7 weeks ! 18 more to go until I hit 120. Thanks everyone2
