Broccolli - without the cheese sauce

I do a big pan of mixed veggies often - chopped broccoli, zucchini, carrots, mushrooms, cabbage, peppers, leeks; whatever we have in the fridge really. Start with a bit of water and a tsp of butter or oil at the bottom of a deep frying pan, and 'stir-steam' the veggies on high until the water evaporates, then continue to stir-fry until everything is cooked. Season with salt and pepper - simple and tasty!0
