Body Balance classes

Today I started a body balance class. Its 1 hour of a mixture of Pilates, yoga and Tai chi, it was really tough on my arthritic joints, but still good, I think it will be good for me. How ever what do I put down for exercise. I cant find anything to suit

    if you search Les Mills Bodybalance in the cardio section it should appear
