Hi, I'm looking to connect with people who have experienced PTSD and weight gain - like me. I'm very active and supportive and have found what works for me as a sufferer of this (but also still working through it) I'm new to mfp 25 days strong!!

    I'm not a vet but have the utmost respect! I've had 6 casts in 3 years and actually happily working through rehab this time
