Hey guys, I'm currently drinking 800ml bottles of water at a time, is there a way to change my water intake to ml? If not do you know how many ml will fit into a cup so I can roughly work it out
Thanks!
Thanks!

I dont know if you can change it (haven't been able to figure that one out myself) but 800ml is about 3.3 cups (27 US fluid ounce)..0

www.google.com > convert ml to cup

240 ml is approx cup volume, so 3 and 1/30

I don't even track on mfp, I use iHydrate, which sends reminders and allows me to use ml or oz. it also has custom cup sizes, and syncs with my health kit.0
