Hi I'm Jaimie-Lee I'm 25 and started my weight loss journey on the 4th of January.
Since starting I've lost 1stone 10lb. For the last 6 weeks I had maintained, which was really getting me down, but a diet plan I was following restricted me to certain food groups which wasn't doing my body any good. So the last 3 weeks i have been introduced to my fitness pal and macros ! Slowly bit surely its taken some time to understand, how and what my limits are and ive lost 2lb in those 3 weeks. Which doesnt matter because its 2lb off ! Now i know what im doing i can aim to keep losing.
I train 3 times a week , doing some HIIT cardio and weights training. I have a PT session once a week.
