Extremely hungry as soon as I woke up today..

So I've been following my plan and if anything I had 2 days this week I was over ( due to excessive exercise). Yesterday for example my total calories were 2500... I woke up and hadn't gained or lost any weight. This morning, I was so hungry when I woke up that I ate two breakfast sandwiches! And I'm drinking my coffee now and feel like I could eat even more.. I'm heading into work soon so I will have a distraction, but I don't know what to do. What do you do when you have off days where you are ravenous ? I almost never feel hungry anymore since I started drinking water and eating healthy.. This is so unusual for me.

I think it's normal to have days like this. Can't win them all sadly.
I think perhaps just roll with it, do some damage limitation. Maybe go for a walk at lunch or do some exercise this evening to try to compensate for any overeating. Some days you just have to say "okay it wasn't a great day" and hope tomorrow will be better0 -
When you work out excessively your body calls for more food. The trap is that it usually wants quite a bit more than the calories that were burned. As your body gets accustom to the amount of exercise the hunger should go back to normal.0

Two great answers ^^
Don't starve yourself, but don't let yourself over eat to the point of bloating. Eat something, if you are still hungry drink some water and wait a half hour. If you are still very hungry eat a little more. Try to choose healthy food though. If you do go over your calories don't sweat it....we all do from time to time! My day was yesterday...I wanted to eat everything under the sun...LOL0
