I need motivation

Hey y'all, I'm Jessica and I'm new to this. I've become more consistent with my workouts this year, but my eating habits suck. I'm trying to gain, but I need a some help from you guys as far as what to eat and what not to. Thanks in advance

    Look into the Zone or Paleo diets and use MFP to track your progress.

    Hi Jessica! Add me. I'd love to help! First of all, cut sugar or reduce it. Drink more water after you wake up and before you sleep. Carbs is good provided that they're in moderation. You can do intense workouts in 20 minutes and still have the whole day for your other activities. If you need an accountability buddy, feel free to add me.
