I am recovering from a minor labral tear. I have completed the prescribed PT from my doctor and am going it alone. I need to know what if any chest exercises I can do that wont interfere with my shoulder rehab. Also I need to know if I can go back to deadlifts since they pull down on the arm/shoulder when lifting.

I'm not sure this is something you want answered by a bunch of random people online. It might be best to see a physical therapist or a trainer with a corrective exercise certification.

Yep, talk to the PT. The OP contradicts a bit saying he has completed the prescribed PT but wants exercise suggestions that won't interfere with rehab???

I have had several shoulder operations, including SLAP tear surgery and the PT always told me what I should and should not do after I was released from PT. In my case, it was return to regular activity, but every situation is different.

Asking a professional for advice on the internet violates their professional ethics (they can't suggest anything without examining you) and insults their professionalism.......do you work for free?
