Hello!

Hey, my name is Keira and I just downloaded my fitness pal today! I am currently a bit plateaued in my weight loss (started at 240 about 2 years ago now) and hope to kick things back into gear and head toward my goal of 175. I am also going to clean up/change/etc my earring to remedy a recent bout of general tummy/gut distress. Don't know if it's just the consequences of the looming 30th (i.e. I'm getting older!) or some other dietary issue but I wanna bring balance. I guess you can add friends here and send messages and stuff, so I'm down with that! Yay community! :)
