On the path again

My weight has went up and down for years. I have committed and eventually I have eased off. When I cut out bad foods, sometimes for years at a time, I have usually let them creep back in to my diet. I avoided key trigger foods for most of the last 2 years. Lately I have been trending back to old habits. Can anyone relate?

I can totally relate! Keep going back and forth with this app, exercising and eating good. Then I just stop entirety for no reason. Want to stick with it this time. I feel your frustration. Life just gets in the way sometimes.0
