What above said ^^^
Programs such as strong lifts, ICF 5 by 5....etc are all great beginner programs.
Focus on those compound lifts with some accessory work added in and making sure you're in a slight surplus will be your best bet for gainz. Especially since you're a beginner, you can get those awesome newbie gainz and paired with a solid strength program with adequate macro levels met, you're in a prime area to build muscle mass.0 -
