Since protein has no storage form. When trying to lose weight, should one limit protein intake if one is not very active ?

all foods eaten and not burned are converted to fat for storage--it's just that it takes longer with protein which is generally easier on the pancreas.0

Protein is still fine, you just don't to over do it. For example, if MyFitness says you need 120g protein per day, try and keep it around 100 - 130g protein per day. If you take in 150g protein+ each day, it could lead to a little weight fat.0

150 grams of protein a day is only going to make you fat if you consume more calories than you're burning overall.0
