been struggling to loose weight for sometime now, 10 months ago was diagnosed as type 2 diabetic and put on medication, in 10 months I've got my blood sugar down to normal and lost just over 1 stone in weight, which is very good for me, so if there's any other diabetics are newly diagnosed diabetics I would love to hear your success with dieting.
