Hi my name is Pam. I joined because although I am very active, run/walk about 4 times per week, was doing 1 hour jazzercise about 3 times per week, do 30 day shred on days I can't get outside and have a moving kind of job, I can't seem to lose this 5-10lbs. I know it is my diet so I want to track what I am putting into my mouth and see where the problem is. Hopefully I will be more dedicated to this site and do the tracking!!!

Hi, I have been using Myfitnesspal on my IPhone since May 25,2010 but this is my first time sigining onto the blogs. I have lost 13lbs so far using calorie counting and exeercising.
