Hello everyone. I was hoping for some ideas. My current goal is weightloss and my main meat intake will be chicken. Just wondered if anybody has some ideas what I could eat with my chicken not the biggest fan of brown rice

I hated brown rice, but did not take long to love it. I did start by using soy sauce or other seasonings and gradually just cut them out.0

I don't eat rice or pasta at all. I like sweet potatoes or other roasted starchy veggies like squashes.0

Anything.
You forever more have permission to eat the food of your choosing.0 -
Anything that's not brown rice?0

I don't eat any rice or pasta at all.
My favorite meal (and super easy to make) is to cut up chicken breast into bite size chunks, cook up together with broccoli and mushrooms in a light coating of alfredo sauce.0 -
Anything that you like that fits your calorie goal.
White rice, pasta, broccoli, mushrooms, peppers, spinach, bread, potatoes, cheese, cauliflower, beans, lentils, corn, et cetera0 -
I love this recipe:
4 chicken breasts, red pepper flakes, 1/4 cup honey, 1/4 cup vinegar, whole bottle of BBQ sauce of your choice. Put in a slow cooker for 2-4 hours and it is the best! I love it. Be sure to measure the chicken out though. It's hot and sweet. The best taste ever.
I will also grill or bake chicken after putting a seasoning or marinade on it. It is really good leftover in a salad too.
Again, be sure to measure and weigh all that you eat. I don't eat more than 3-4 ounces per meal.0 -
Use the natural chicken, non-injected. For one, it tastes better. For two, it's a better deal. You can eat it in big chunks or small chunks. You can grind it to stuff to make chili and tacos. Enjoy and boast of your culinary creations.0

I recently used up some leftover Costco rotisserie chicken in a positively yummy way. Sautéed some diced onion, peppers, garlic, and tomatoes in a skillet. Threw in the shredded chicken, then poured some egg whites and a scrambled egg on top of it. Added some shredded cheese, then garlic powder, cumin, pepper flakes, and salt and pepper with it. Wrap it in a tortilla and enjoy!0

Stir fry, chili, soup, tacos, salad...the possibilities are endless.0

Put chicken breasts into crockpot with large can diced tomatoes, small can diced green chilies, chicken broth and spices like cumin and garlic powder. Cook on high for four hours. Drain and Shred. Eat on salad or in a tortilla or make a bowl with beans. Top with lettuce, tomatoes, sour cream.0

My family eats chicken all the time. I grill chicken thighs that has a salt season on it. Served with a garden salad. I like to eat mine with sour cream.
Simple easy and with a good seasoning it's mouth watering! That's way we eat it 4 times a week!!0 -
Chicken fajitas. I buy Trader Joe's frozen fire roasted onions/peppers and just add shredded lettuce and greek yogurt. Whole wheat tortillas are good too.0
