Need help losing weight

I'm 5'5, 180 pounds suffering from pcos. Anyone give me good advice on losing weight I gain weight back easily

    Have you entered your information into MFP? If so, use a food scale for portioning solid food and measuring cups to portion liquids to know what you're eating to stay at/under your daily calorie goal. Move a little more than you have been--maybe a daily walk to start? And you're on your way! :blush:

    Eat less than you burn.

    Log and weigh your food.

    Eat what you love within your calorie limit.

    Eat back 50-75% of the calories estimated by your fitness machine/tracker.

    Read the stickies.

    Agree with the above. Just start logging everything you eat.
