UNDERACTIVE THYRIOD PACIENTS! HI ALL!

Hi everyone! im 26 and I have been on meds since I was ten. Been losing weight but have stuck with a 4 pound weight loss for over 12 months now and its driving me mad, want to lose some more!! I have recently cut out bread (as in, three days) to see if that helps. I am NOT gluten intolerant.. I just like bread and thought it might save me some calories!!
I am currently enjoying;
a breakfast every day of PHD diet whey, with bran and coconut water OR skimmed milk
a salad based lunch with zero noodles, or a soup.
a snack of bit of fruit, a small protein bar or even a bit of dark chocolate
and then PHD again for dinner. feeling a lot better on this diet!! roughly ends up at 1,500 calories but I exercise every single day.

Who is on medication for an underactive / hypothyroid?!
anyone got any tips to share??? stories of success? secret bombshells to improve metabolism? ^^
looking forward to meting people like myself!!
