Five months in - now looking for MFP support!

Hello everyone, my name is Rachel. I inadvertently started eating a low sugar diet in November last year. As soon as I realised that I’d cut the sugar down, I kept with it. Five months later low sugar has been amazing, I’ve lost some weight, my skin has cleared up and my energy levels are sky high!

I still have a long way to go – and I’d love some support on MFP and am looking for people following a similar lifestyle. I try to eat plenty of nutritional food, keep my calories up at a sustainable level, regular exercise etc. And I really hope I can keep it up forever…!
