    false, except when I was about 10 years old, my younger brother and I got lost walking home from a park after dark. We knocked on a door of a nice looking house, and a little old lady answered. She called the police and gave us cookies and milk while we waited. So we had a "ride along" when the police officer gave us a ride home. Needless to say, our mother was relieved but also steaming mad later.
    (we were supposed to come home with our older brother.) 😂
