    Both wrists at the same time! Was 9 or 10, a very tiny girl for her age, trying to cross the very tall Monkey bars. I slipped and first reaction was to put out my hands to break the impact.
    Bad move.... As both hands snapped back to my wrists and I was incapacitated and couldn't do anything for myself for over 12 weeks. 😩
