    true... Got a PC decades ago because it was cheaper than a mac, then stayed with it because it was what I used at work. Almost got a mac several times, also built my own Linux PC.

    Pretty much false - Taught myself some Basic and some Pascal in the mid-1980's but quit when [1] I realized I was spending hours trying to tell a machine how to answer "Yes" or "no" in milliseconds and [2] I was going to need to spend $$ on a compiler...

    true, Isaac Asimov was an admirable author. The original Foundation series was a favorite of mine, along with I, Robot (which I think the movie adaptation failed miserably at; does it always have to be a big action thriller?)
