    True... (but I almost blew it yesterday. I was home for the night, and I knew I had a couple hundred steps to go to hit 10,000. But this morning I woke up and realized I'd gone to bed without confirming I'd gotten those final steps in. I opened my step tracker app, dreading what I might find, and found that my steps yesterday were 10,006! That is way too close of a call. So, I decided for the next three days, I'll make sure I get 10k+ steps in before sitting down for the evening.)

    TNP has gotten over 345,000 steps this month (not that there's a prize or anything)

    false, unfortunately... At the beginning of August, I set a goal of 220 pounds by Oct 31st. I weigh 233 today, so it's safe to say there's no way I'm making that goal.
