    TNP is perplexed that consumers willingly spend 1 to 2 hours obtaining a new cell phone but cannot spend 15 minutes selecting and securing appropriate auto and or residential insurance

    False, I'd rather be in the water, assuming it is clean and not polluted, and assuming it is not too cold.
