Save calories to eat more in the evening. And cups of tea to fill me up.

I eat almost half of my calories after 8pm (post workout) And I usually plan some kind of treat for this time. Works great for me!

If I go to bed hungry, hunger will wake me up in the middle of the night and mess up my next day. I budget calories for a hearty dinner and pre-bed snack.

I save calories for the evening. I fast until 12 or 1:00 and it works for me. I also eat high volume, so for 500 calories I can actually have two dinners. I'll break them up and have one earlier, and one a little later, then dessert. The evening is my feeding time :)

If you're asking about what to do when I'm hungry at night, I eat, having worked it into my calorie goal.

Otherwise, you need to come out and ask what you want without pussyfooting around. Night time makes a lot of things hard.

Republic of Tea has some caffeine free chocolate teas, good hot or iced, that help with the evening cravings.

Oh, thanks. I thought the person had a vampire problem at first, not food. Though if you don't have your appetite under control, your might go wolfman on your garlic necklace, making both calorie and vampire problems.

I started eating dinner later (around 7:30), which has helped a lot.

Beyond that, I typically budget 200 cals for an after dinner treat (usually something with a good amount of protein). Some of the things I eat are:
    - chobani greek yogurt flips
    - halo top ice cream
    - Quest bar
    - chocolate vita top with buff bake peanut butter

I also find that a cup of hot tea after dinner helps kill any cravings I have.
