Anytime we are together my family brings fast food. They won't eat healthy stuff - she just tried an avacado for the first time in her life and said YUCK! No veggies, nothing not deep fried, full of cheese and grease. They are both overweight - Dad has diabetes and high blood pressure from it.
Anytime there is a special gathering (bday, christmas, thanksgiving, easter, etc) we go out to somewhere like Olive Garden, Chilis, Applebees, Country Buffet, etc - never eat home cooked meals. We did sometimes when I was young.
When I used to be an athlete (wrestler and football player) my parents would bring me Burger King before the match to eat for fuel.......yes.....you heard me right!
To be fair, avocados are gross.0 -
Don't worry, you'll lose the 4 pounds quickly, mostly water gain. Oreo pancakes, you had me with that one. My vacation to Colorado killed it for me this past summer. The munchies from the legal ganj. I had no will power after that stuff. Never again.

That was the least weird one. The crazy part is there are probably 8 servings per plate. It could easily feed 8 people.
These are all types of pancackes....
Red Velvet Pancakes
Struessel and Butterscotch
Brown Sugar Bakes
Frosted Flakes inside
Chocolate Coconut
Caramel Butterscotch
Baileys and Khalua
Chocolate Express
Pumpkin Pie
Grahm Cracker Cheescake

Going on a trip next week and will be saying in a hotel for 7 days and nights, eating out all the time but my sister & roommates are on a fitness kick so we are splitting our entrees and tracking choices before we order. We plan on using the treadmill at the hotel as well and walking everywhere, & not taking a taxi.0

Right there with you! Just got back from a week in the Bahamas. Buffet breakfast every day, wine with dinner every night, dessert every night! Only saving grace was that we skipped lunch every day, and walked ~20k steps a day plus swimming. I managed to maintain and not gain, but my graph plateaued out and it's making me angry that Trendweight changed the date I would achieve my goal weight from September 2016 to May 2018 over the course of a week.
So back to business as usual. Stupid scale, stupid graph.0 -
I only have 2 pounds to get back to my weight before I left.
My goal is to be down to 299 by April 23rd for my birthday party so I can say I lost 26lbs so far!0
