So I recently discovered Flatout wraps and have taken a wrap to work a few times - how do I keep them from getting soggy? The first time I made it with turkey, lettuce, avocado, cheese, tomatoes, and mayo, and wrapped it in foil. Very soggy, so the next day I made the same but no tomatoes or mayo. Still kinda soggy
. What to do - should I toast it? Wrap it in something else?

I put the cheese against the bread and then everything else on top of that, and then roll. The cheese makes a protective barrier against moisture. I also don't put fresh veggies (lettuce, tomato, etc) inside until I'm ready to eat. I pack those separately.
Also, I really like to roll my flatouts and then cook them in a panini press. They get nice and melty like a quesadilla!0
