Just bought this for 35 bucks here in Mexico, says it contains creatine protein bcaas electrolytes and glutamine. Anyone tried this before I know it's kinda pricey but I've tried cell tech and it got me gains without me taking whey protein, I just ate good protein from food. So it made me give this a try.
