I win!

The "before" pictures are from 2010, I was about 250+ lbs. (In all my adult life, I never went below 200 lbs.) January 2011, I got serious about my health and image, and used My Fitness Pal to help me get there. I began loosing about 10 pounds a month! I wasn't doing any extreme exercises, or starving myself, just eating healthy and walking at least 5 miles a day.

The "after" picture of me in the black t-shirt is 9 months later; by September 2011, I had lost about 90 pounds! The photo of me hiking is last September 2015, four years later, and I'm still skinny! 98flymgwkpbs.jpg
