Didn't eat for much of today, felt ill

Because obviously. I was on the road a lot today (not driving) and other than breakfast and a snickers late afternoon, eating sort of got forgotten about. I do this every so often actually and it's fine. But today towards the evening my stomach was in pain and then later I suddenly felt very hot and quite dizzy. Can I blame this entirely on going a while without eating, or might there be something else at play here? I don't want to bother a doctor for something I can easily sort out myself.

First thing that comes to mind is dehydration or lack of quality sleep.
    Either that or menopause.

Maybe you are coming down with something. You don't need to eat, if you don't feel well. Have some tea and then go to bed.

I'm definitely going to ask a doctor about the menopause just to see the reaction.
