I'm looking for friends to chat about their day and stresses of everyday life that cause us to eat. I am that stress eater. I'm wanting to lose 30 lbs but being 46 years old and in a high stress and it ain't easy but it is possible I've lost 18lbs so far in the first month.

I did have help with the 18 lbs... Thyroid and HBP meds helped with the water weight I think but I'll take what I can get. Lol.... I saw your loss is 36 lbs that's great.0

Wow! 18 lbs in a month is wonderful. Most diet plans suggest losing anywhere from 1/2 lb to 2 lbs per month depending on your height/weight. I've lost 20 lbs so far and keeping on keeping on.0

I'm sure it won't be that dramitic now my body has gotten used to the meds. But I feel 10 times better now blood pressure is under control and my sever exhaustion from my thyroid problems have gone and I have energy to workout.0
