Kale, chia seeds, flaxmeal, almond milk, 1/2 banana.
Or, you can do what my inlaw does: butter pecan ice cream, sweet condensed milk, and flax seeds to make it healthy.

A banana, natural peanut butter, milk, bunch of spinach, and ice. Yum.

The combinations are endless. Choose the foods you like and blend away.

    My smoothies usually consist of

    Vanilla almond milk
    Choc/peanut butter protein powder
    Avocado
    Spinach
    yogurt or cottage cheese
    Raspberries/blackberries
    Thickened cream
    Gelatin (collagen)
    Chia seeds

Good comment. Yep, smoothies can be much higher in calories than a solid food breakfast.

But the women's media want you to think smoothies make you lose weight. Anything to sell their articles.

A calorie deficit makes you lose weight.

Regrettably I'm the same, for the calorie content they just don't fill me up long enough. That said, I can recommend slicing & freezing any over-ripe bananas you have then they're ready to blitz when you want them with some fat free yoghurt, skim milk & flavours like vanilla essence, fresh or frozen berries, cinnamon, dark chocolate etc.

When i really don't have time to cook myself breakfast in the AM (post workout / 1st breakfast) I blend 7 egg whites, 3 full eggs, 1 pint of full fat milk, 3 scoops (75 gr) of oats a good handful of spinach and a good handful of berries + ice.
Tastes of nothing and packs a good variety of macros.

    Thanks for your comments!
    Typically mine have consisted of,
    1/2 banana
    50g blueberries
    Handful of spinach
    Handful of kale
    250ml Alpro coconut water
    1/2 tsp chia seeds
And occasionally a scoop of chocolate protein powder
I've kinda gone past the hungry stage now, I seem to be used to it! Luckily the majority of my calories are on the chia seeds /goji
Just thanks for your recipe ideas!

That would fill me up for like 5 minutes.
