    I play the videos in the kitchen while I clean and cook.
    Listening to them keeps my hands away from the doritos.

    I've read a lot of diet/nutrition books and my favorites of the bunch are Diet Cults, by Matt Matt Fitzgerald and Rethinking Thin, by Gina Kolata.

    Beck also has a Facebook page with daily thought exercises and several Youtube videos. Very helpful.
