Calorie Intake Help

Hey everyone, so I'm 5' 2", 20 years old, and 107 pounds. I'm looking to gain muscle weight; I have a pear shaped figure with a small waist but all my fat is in my butt, thighs, and stomach and I'm wanting to get rid of it. When calculating my TDEE, I used the "very active" because I run 3 miles 6 days a week, half hour of Pilates for legs and abs 6 days a week, insanity (currently on week 3), and on the yoga days for insanity I also do an additional 45 minute circuit training workout. I also work at McDonald's which requires standing and bustling around for a good 7-8 hours a day. My question is how many calories I should be eating based on the goals I'm aiming for. I mostly really want abs but I realize that you can't just fix one area; you have to lose fat/weight all over to get results. I used to only eat a max of 700-800 calories a day, but I kept reading that it's super bad for you and makes your metabolism really low, so I worked up the guts to up my calories to about 1200-1250 per day. I've been on this for about 2 weeks now and I'm starting to see some slight results, so I'm definitely wanting to keep going with this; but my question is whether I will get even faster/better results if I up my calorie intake even more. I read a couple times that if you don't eat enough calories in a day your body doesn't have enough to create more muscle. Is this true? Has anyone had this problem or experienced anything related to what I'm going through? I just really want some help and tips. I'm just afraid of eating too many calories and gaining weight, especially when my body has been used to eating low amounts of calories and is only really just adjusting to the 1200. Anyone is free to look at my diary on here, I eat pretty much the same thing every day because it's cheaper for a poor college student like me plus it makes it easier for packing lunches and dinners which is what I have to do for work.
