I would like to take the opportunity to invite all of you to join my challenge group - the FitShizzle April Fitness Challenge.

This was previously only offered to my friends on MFP, but I've decided to keep the group public until it begins on April 11, NEXT Monday.

Simple - YOU choose the exercise and diet to follow (with help from the group if you need it), and then you'll use the group to share successes/ questions/setbacks/motivation.
