EASY Fat free Ice Cream Milkshake (No Ice Cream!)
*title edit : Fat Free STRAWBERRY milkshake. LoL.
So I was craving a milkshake tonight and had no ice cream. Here's what I did, and my daughter and I LOVED it!! It's fat free and only 213 calories for a LARGE milkshake. This recipe makes 2 large. I made this in my Magic Bullet Blender attachment.
1 Cup FROZEN Strawberries
2 Cups Skim Milk
1 Cup (more if you wish) Vanilla Source 0 Yogurt.
2 TBS Fat Free Cool Whip (optional- I just had a little left to use up!)
Blend until smooth and enjoy!!! It is amazing and guilt free!! I will be making many more since I live near a strawberry farm!

OMG!
I need to eat a bunch more calories today, but I'm WAY over in fat...If I am hungry again tonight I'm TOTALLY making this one!!!!0 -
This sounds really good. I bet it would be good with vanilla almond milk. I have been on a kick with that lately. It is delicious on cereal, especially the kinds with little or no sugar. I bet it would be really good with strawberries, too.0

Lol, yes I am very excited that it turned out so good! I'm sure that the berries being frozen are the only reason it worked without ice cream. YUMMY though.0

Love it! I made some and it's still keeping me within my calorie range. I did add some of my vanilla protein shake mix and some ice. It turned into a nice smoothie.0
