Mission to hit my goal weight

Hi everyone I'm on a new mission to reach my goal weight and below are my details of my starting weight and where I'm at now and where I wanna be at the end of the year and I know I can do it just need to keep my mind off Sweets and Soda and Drink More Water. Please feel free to add me as a friend as I'm always looking for new friends that can give me motivation and support to reach this goal that I'm seriously going to work towards.

Starting Weight: 230 Pounds
Current Weight: 210 Pounds
Goal Weight: 150 ( I know what is a huge Difference but I can do It :p )

    Im so proud of you ..cheering you on :) ..just started my journey as well and believe me ..15lbs is hard..my biggest challenge is exercising

    Your will and desire to reach your goal encourages me. Yes, you CAN do it! For me, I need to keep my mind off salty snacks and getting proper amt of sleep. Being healthy and feeling great is the ultimate goal! Reaching your goal weight IS possible...one day at a time.
