I was wondering can someone explain to me how this myfitnesspal works again. If I spend most of my day sitting down going to class and off my feet. I put my MFP at sedentary level of activity. It set my calorie goal to 1200 a day is that taking the fact that I put I would work out seven days a week and 25 minutes a day or is that just taking my sedentary level of activity into account. It says my daily deficit without working out would be 800 something a day so if I workout would that be the same or more to it?
