    Yeah it takes a bit longer to lose anything significant.

    For comparison, I'm only losing maybe a half pound a week. Some weeks go by with nothing. That's the way it is, unfortunately.

    3.9 lbs in 3 weeks is not slow progress at all, so I'm glad you're not discouraged.

    Not sure how much you need to lose.....but it took me 2 years and 9 months to lose 121 pounds. Slow and steady always wins, fast weight loss just leads to more muscle loss then fat, so basically skinny fat. You didn't put the weight on over night, it will not come off over night. Good luck.
