How many calories would you add on to what you eat when you've been losing weight to work out how many you need to maintain your weight? 500? I've been told I need around 1950 to maintain.
I'm so paranoid that as soon as I begin to up my calories, I'll gain loads of weight.
Should I increase slowly?
How have people done it and does anyone have any tips/advice?
Thank you!!!

I'm not quite there yet, but my plan is to increase by 100 or so every couple of weeks as I get close to my goal and adjust up or down as needed. I just lowered my end goal, so am a little further from maintenance than with "original plan". May reduce it again according to how I feel as I get closer (my lowest adult weight was about 120, and at 5'4"-5'5" wasn't "skinny" even then)

Adding 100 on every couple of weeks is actually a really good idea! What would you do regarding your macros?
