I need help finding some inexpensive but healthy snacks. Those are what really catch me. Also some lunch recipes would help me mix it up a bit.

Some of my go-to snacks: String cheese, nuts, wasabi peas, fudge pops, cottage cheese, hard boiled eggs, hummus & veggies, protein bars, Greek yogurt, beef or turkey jerky, popcorn, apples & peanut butter, fruit
My go-to lunch is a sandwich (I tend to go for sandwich thins, pita, or flatbread and then lunch meat, hummus &cheese, egg salad, tuna salad, or chicken are my standard fillings). Along with baby carrots, string cheese, and an ounce of nuts.0 -

Anything is inexpensive if you arent eating huge portions0

Carrots, celery, cucumbers, bell peppers...cut up and put in baggies, dip in a little ranch dressing for a satiating crunch and tasty snack.0

Lightly salted nuts and fruit. Weight the nuts, though, since a little goes a long way.0

Mine is ham. It's not too calorie expensive and the smoky ones delicious.0
